NOTICES AND DISCLAIMER : Subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE set forth in this Agreement, PT NOP grants you a non exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this SITE and the materials thereon. PT NOP authorizes you to view and download the information ("MATERIALS") at this SITE only for your personal, informational, non-commercial use. If you decide to visit any linked Web Sites, you do so at your own risk. PT NOP or any of its Associate Companies make no warranty or representation regarding, and does not endorse, any linked Web Sites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon. Links do not imply that PT NOP or any of its Associate Companies, or this SITE sponsors, endorses, is affiliated or associated with, or is legally authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol displayed in or accessible through the links, or that any linked Web Sites is authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol of PT NOP or any of its Associate Companies.

Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the SITE after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. PT NOP may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the SITE, including the availability of any features of the SITE, at any time. PT NOP may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the SITE without notice or liability. PT NOP may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all MATERIALS.

7. APPLICABLE LAWS : PT NOP or any of its Associate Companies make no representation that the information and materials contained in the SITE and any of its pages are appropriate or available for use in other locations outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this SITE from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPLES OR CONFLICT OF LAW. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provisions shall be deemed severable from this Agreement, and shall not affect the validity, voidability, or enforceability of any remaining provision of this Agreement. Each party hereby submits, in any action or judicial proceeding brought to enforce, construe, or interpret this Agreement, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts sitting in the country of Los Angeles, State of California, and waives any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the SITE must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arises. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between PT NOP and you with respect to your use of the SITE and the information and materials thereon or any of its pages.
